Free and insured worldwide shipping. 

There is no minimum order value.


As our premium art prints, gallery canvases, exclusive acrylic glass ArtBoxes, and art calendars are individually produced, made-to-order items, the products are produced exclusively for you only after successful receipt of payment.

 

Please note that these works, which are made to customer specifications, are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal and exchange.

 

Delivery time consists of production and subsequent transportation. As a rule, production takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your order has been printed and packaged, it is handed over to our shipping partners (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Germany (DE): 5 to 8 business days
  • Austria (AT) & Luxembourg (LU): 6 to 9 business days
  • Switzerland (CH): 7 to 10 business days
  • Rest of Europe (including the UK & Norway): 7 to 12 business days
  • United States (USA) & Canada (CA): 10 to 14 business days
  • Australia (AU) & New Zealand (NZ): 14 to 21 business days



Important shipping information

Tracking / Shipment tracking

As soon as your artwork has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a shipment tracking number (Tracking ID), which you can use to check the status of your package at any time.


Customs duties and taxes (Switzerland & non-EU countries)

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union (particularly Switzerland and the USA) may incur additional customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees charged by the shipping providers. These costs are not covered by us; instead, you must pay them directly upon importation to the competent authorities or the delivery agent.


Delivery of large-format items (freight forwarding)

Particularly large artworks and ArtBoxes are delivered securely for transport by a specialized freight forwarder. Standard delivery is to the curbside. The freight forwarder will contact you by telephone in advance to arrange a specific delivery date.
